Our greens fee rates are now following a dynamic pricing model. Prices adjust – both higher and lower – in real-time based upon availability, course maintenance, demand, and other factors. During peak times, the rates may increase. During slower times, the rates can and will be cheaper / discounted. You now have the power to book a greens fee that fits both how much you want to pay and when you want to play. You also have the opportunity to enter your phone number and join our Text Club. On Mondays and Thursdays, you will be texted regarding the deals on tee times for the upcoming week. The future is here and it is now. Take advantage and go play.

Due to the high demand during these times, we are unable to accomodate everyone with their own cart. If you feel safer riding by yourself, you may do so for an additional fee.

Toptracer Mobile Now Available
Effective 02/01/2021: The driving range will be on the grass from Monday – Tuesday; mats only from Wednesday – Sunday. This is due to the high demand of the Toptracer Bays. Maintenance and weather may cause this schedule to change. Notifications will be posted. All range bucket sales will stop 30 minutes prior to the closing of the range.
Cancellation Policy
Tee times may be booked 10 days in advance for Avery Ranch Golf Club members; seven days in advance for the general public and Player's Club members. All tee times must be guaranteed with a major credit card (AMEX, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, etc.). All tee times are subject to our NO SHOW POLICY – they must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel a tee time in advance will result in a charge to your credit card for the full amount of the value of your tee time.
Club Rental
Austin's best course also has Austin's best club rentals! Avery Ranch is proud to offer Callaway Rental Sets for $75.00 / set. We have ladies, left-handed, and right-handed ladies sets available. Simply let us know if you need a set when setting up your tee time and we’ll have them ready for you when you arrive.
